Limited Warranty
Effective October 22, 2026.
1. Who this warranty covers. This Limited Warranty is given by Mega Vending LLC to the original purchaser who bought directly from Mega Vending (MegaVendingUS.com, our showroom, or an invoice from us). It does not transfer to later owners and does not cover items bought from other sellers.
2. Warranty periods. Each period starts on the delivery date shown by the carrier, or the pickup date for local pickup orders.

3. MV-101 and MV-103 registration. To extend the warranty from 12 to 18 months, email info@megavendingus.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the machine's serial number, and the address where it is installed. We confirm your registration by email. Unregistered changers keep the standard 12-month warranty.
4. What is covered. Defects in materials and workmanship that appear under normal use and are reported within the warranty period.
5. What we will do. We start with phone or video troubleshooting with our technicians. If a part is defective, we will, at our option, ship a replacement part, repair the item, or replace the item. We pay to ship replacement parts within the contiguous United States. On-site labor, technician travel and installation are not included. A whole machine is returned only if we decide a repair is not practical, and we arrange that freight.
6. Returning the defective part. You must return the defective part within 14 days of receiving the replacement, using the instructions we send. If it is not returned, we will invoice you for the replacement part. Small parts under $25 may be approved from photos or video without return.
7. Manufacturer warranties. Where a manufacturer offers its own warranty (for example Nayax readers, bill acceptors, or new machines from Raw Thrills, SEGA and other makers), that warranty passes through to you in addition to this one, and the manufacturer's terms and claim process apply. Manufacturer warranties cover new products only: manufacturers do not provide warranty or maintenance service on used or refurbished machines, which are covered only by this Mega Vending warranty.
8. What is not covered.
- Damage in shipping; this is handled under our Shipping Policy (inspect, note on the delivery receipt, report promptly).
- Misuse, abuse, vandalism, theft, accidents, fire, flood, water, pests, or outdoor use of indoor machines.
- Power surges, wrong voltage, or improper electrical supply.
- Installation, moving, assembly, modification, rewiring, or repairs by anyone other than Mega Vending or a technician we approve in writing.
- Wear items: bulbs and LEDs, decals and graphics, claw strings, buttons, joysticks, belts, glass, and cosmetic wear.
- Software settings, game content, network or cellular service, and Nayax account, processing or service fees.
- Machines whose serial number has been removed or altered, or that were moved outside the United States.
- Lost income, downtime, or route revenue (see section 10).
9. How to make a claim. Within the warranty period, email info@megavendingus.com or call (818) 812-8924 with your order number, the serial number, a description of the problem, and photos or a short video showing it. Do not send anything back until we issue instructions. Claims are handled in the order received.
10. Limits. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY MEGA VENDING GIVES. TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD ABOVE. MEGA VENDING IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DOWNTIME, AND ITS TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PRICE PAID FOR THE ITEM. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limits may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
11. Business purchases. For products bought for business or commercial use, and to the extent the law allows, this Limited Warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied.
12. Governing law. California law governs this warranty.
