We ship smaller items, parts, and accessories via UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on item size and weight. For heavier commercial equipment — including vending machines, arcade machines, and large amusement units — we use LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers, the industry standard for safe, cost-effective pallet delivery of large commercial equipment.

FREIGHT DELIVERY — CURBSIDE ONLY

For large machines shipped via LTL freight, please review the following before placing your order:

Curbside Delivery is included. The freight carrier delivers your equipment to the curb, driveway, or loading dock at your destination address. Drivers are not contracted to bring items inside your building, up stairs, or into a specific room.

Professional installation is not included. Unboxing, assembly, setup, and installation are the buyer's responsibility. Contact us before ordering if you need guidance.

Plan ahead for receiving freight. Commercial vending and arcade machines can weigh several hundred pounds. We strongly recommend having additional help available on delivery day. A pallet jack or hand truck may be required.

Inspect on delivery. Before signing the carrier's delivery receipt, carefully inspect your shipment for visible damage. Note any damage on the paperwork and contact us within 24 hours at info@megavendingus.com or (818) 812-8924.

Customers who select Local Pickup at our Sun Valley, CA showroom qualify for reduced pricing on many items — especially large machines that would otherwise require costly freight pallet shipping.

Freight shipping for a commercial arcade or vending machine can run hundreds of dollars. When you pick up in person, you eliminate that cost entirely — and we pass those savings directly back to you as a lower purchase price.

How local pickup works:

  1. Add the item to your cart and select "Local Pickup" at checkout.
  2. The reduced local pickup price is applied automatically.
  3. Once your order is ready, our team will contact you by email or phone.
  4. Visit our showroom during business hours to collect your order.
